Dan is the founder and Owner at Forge Fitness & Nutrition, leading the team and the vision behind everything Forge stands for. What started as a few fitness sessions for friends in a field has grown into a thriving community, and Dan continues to drive that growth every day.
With a background as a GB water polo athlete and over four years of experience in personal training, Dan combines his athletic discipline with a deep understanding of sustainable fitness and nutrition. He specialises in weight loss and diabetes management, but his true passion lies in building systems, coaching structures, and a facility that delivers lasting results for every member.
Whether it’s developing new programs, mentoring the coaching team, or strengthening the Forge community, Dan is committed to taking Forge to the next level while keeping its core values of support, integrity, and no-BS coaching at the centre of it all.
