Welcome to Saturday Morning Fitcamp – Running November to March!
Kickstart your Saturday mornings with a high intensity full body workout that will get you fit, burn calories and includes a number of different team based stations. The session is a great way to start your Saturday and is a dynamic indoor Fitcamp in a bootcamp style.
Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just starting your fitness journey, our Saturday Morning Fitcamp session is tailored to accommodate all fitness abilities and levels, pushing your to your absolute limits all whilst having fun along the way.
Taking place in the Forge Fitness & Nutrition state-of-the-art private gym facility! I will guide you through a series of exercises that target multiple muscle groups, helping you build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and achieve your fitness goals.
Creating a atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable was my number one ambition when launching Forge Fitness! The session includes fun based competitions and challenges create an exciting and motivating atmosphere where you’ll work together, encourage one another, and celebrate each other’s success. The energy and support from your fellow participants will keep you motivated and make every session an enjoyable experience.
