Owner & Head Coach

Hi, I’m Dan, the founder of Forge Fitness & Nutrition and the head coach. My passion for fitness began during my time as a GB water polo player, where I learned the importance of discipline, hard work, and mindset in achieving success.

With over four years of personal training experience, I specialise in diabetes management, weight loss, and creating sustainable fitness plans for long-term results. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or need help navigating unique health challenges, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me working behind the scenes to keep our amazing gym running smoothly—and probably convincing someone to join one of our community mud runs or a Hyrox!

Chris – Strength Specialist

Chris is our go-to expert in all things strength training. With a passion for helping clients build power and confidence, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to Forge Fitness.

Not only does Chris excel in designing strength programs tailored to your needs, but he also has a personal interest in kickboxing. His dynamic coaching style keeps sessions exciting, challenging, and fun.

Whether you want to perfect your deadlift or simply feel stronger in your day-to-day life, Chris is here to help you reach your full potential.

Ellie – Women’s Fitness Specialist

Ellie is a vital part of the Forge Fitness team and leads our Strong Mum Club, helping mums regain strength and confidence in a supportive environment. Currently training to complete her pre- and postnatal qualification, Ellie is passionate

about creating inclusive fitness opportunities for women at every stage of life. Her approachable and motivating coaching style ensures you’ll feel supported and empowered during every session. When she’s not coaching, Ellie loves connecting with our community and sharing her knowledge to help clients build sustainable habits.
