

Our Legs, Bums, and Tums fitness class, is a dynamic and engaging workout designed to target and tone your major lower muscles while improving overall core strength.
During this energising class, we specifically focus on the lower body, including the legs, glutes, and abdominal muscles. With a carefully crafted workout structure, we ensure a comprehensive training session that leaves you feeling stronger and more confident.
Our class is divided into three main sections: glute sets, quad/hamstring sets, and core sets. In the glute sets, we incorporate exercises that target and activate your glute muscles. From squats and lunges to hip thrusts and glute bridges, you’ll engage in movements that challenge and strengthen your glutes.
In the quad/hamstring sets, we shift our focus to the front and back of the thighs. We target your quadriceps and hamstrings, building strength and definition in these important leg muscles.
To complete the workout, we include two core sets that specifically target your abdominal muscles. Strengthening your core is essential for overall stability, posture, and balance. Through a variety of exercises like planks, crunches, and Russian twists, we engage and strengthen your core, helping you achieve a more stable and resilient midsection.
