For sure they get calorie targets, workouts, a coach who wants them to succeed. But the one thing I can’t make you do is show up consistently!

And that’s the key, showing up!

Dan just climbed to base camp of Everest, (Pretty cool) 😎.

But it wasn’t always like this!

I met dan in 2021, out of shape, coming out of lockdown in a bit of a rut!

We quickly changed this, building strength whilst cutting the body fat back but mostly importantly for him feeling fit and confident!

Since then he’s lost 27KG 🫡
Run multiple half marathons🤩
And now casually strolled up to base camp of Everest🗻

Pretty amazing🤩

Nat is now down 12kg, feeling the most confident she has in years, with her strength through the roof, feeling fitter and motivated to push herself to the next level.

Nat said to me at the start of the year that its time to make a change, whilst her fitness was already good, she was worried about how to go about losing body fat and wanted the process not to be restricting and resulting in her yoyoing!

10 months later, here we are!

12KG of body fat down, Muscle maintaining, and her strength is flying up too!

Shes just finished a small group PT course where she has become stronger, fitter and even more motivated to push herself!

As of TODAY…

12KG of fat down

Squatting 80KG,

Deadlifts 75kg,

Not bad for someone who just 6 weeks ago was squatting, 50KG and Deadlifting 43KG.

THATS WHAT WE CALL PROGRESS!

Nat is now a regular here at Forge Fitness attending 3/4 sessions a week, pretty amazing considering when we first started 1 session a week was a big step!

We have built a programme around her, a sustainable diet, without any FADS, the gym is now a huge part of Nat’s life and I’m sure she would agree not only had a positive impact on her physical health but also her mental health🚀
